- Sign in for the first time — you land directly on the Dashboard.
- Fill in your Company Profile (Settings → Company Profile) if you haven't already — name, industry, tone of voice, and what you offer. This single step improves every AI feature across the platform.
- Open the Getting Started checklist on the Dashboard and work through it roughly top to bottom: Connect Email, then Create an AI Employee.
- Say hello to the AI Assistant — ask it something simple like "what should I do first?" to see it respond using your real account state.
