Create Your Account
Set up your OnePilot workspace in a couple of minutes.
Overview
Creating an account sets up your OnePilot workspace — a private space for your business that only you and the teammates you invite can see. Every module, every AI feature, and every document you create lives inside this workspace.
Why it exists
OnePilot is multi-tenant by design: your data, your AI's memory of your business, and your team's access are all scoped to your workspace and never visible to any other business on the platform. Creating an account is what establishes that boundary.
Benefits
- Takes under two minutes — no credit card required to start exploring.
- One account covers every module; you don't create separate logins for the CRM, the website builder, or anything else.
- Your workspace name becomes the basis for your default subdomain, giving you a working web presence immediately.
Step-by-step guide
- Go to the sign-up page and enter your business name, your name, email, and a password.
- Confirm your email address using the link OnePilot sends you.
- You'll land directly in your new dashboard — there's no separate "activation" step.
- From here, the Dashboard Overview guide walks you through what you're looking at.

Tips
- Use your real business name at sign-up — it's used to personalize AI-generated content from the very first email or post you create.
- Use a work email you check regularly; important account and billing notices go there.
Best Practices
- If more than one person will run the account, create the account first, then use Invite Team Members rather than sharing one login — it keeps activity and permissions properly separated per person.
Common Mistakes
- Using a placeholder business name "to test it out." Your business name feeds directly into AI-generated content and your default subdomain — start with the real one to avoid re-doing early work.
- Forgetting to confirm the email. Some features are limited until your email is confirmed.
Troubleshooting
Didn't get the confirmation email?
Check your spam folder first. If it's genuinely not arriving after a few minutes, use the "resend confirmation" option on the sign-in page rather than creating a second account with the same business name.
