Overview

Why it exists
Writing marketing content from scratch is one of the most time-consuming parts of running a small business. This step exists to get a real, on-brand campaign live quickly, using your Company Profile so it doesn't read as generic.
Benefits
- Generates a coherent set of assets (strategy, captions, optional video) from one request instead of writing each piece separately.
- Every generated asset is editable before publishing — nothing goes out without review.
- Publishes directly to your connected social accounts once approved.
Step-by-step guide
- Go to Marketing → Studio and click Create Campaign.
- Describe what you're promoting in plain language (e.g., "a 20% off weekend sale for first-time customers").
- Review the generated strategy and copy; edit anything that needs adjusting.
- Optionally generate a branded video to accompany the campaign.
- Choose which connected platforms to publish to, and confirm.
Tips
- The more specific your description (audience, offer, timing), the more usable the first draft will be.
- Start with one platform for your first campaign so you can review results before scaling to more.
Best Practices
- Review generated copy against your Company Profile's tone before publishing your first few campaigns, until you're confident in how it sounds.
Common Mistakes
- Publishing without connecting the target platform first. Connect your social accounts under Marketing → Connections before attempting to publish.
- Being too vague in the initial description. "Promote my business" produces a much weaker draft than a specific offer, audience, and goal.
Troubleshooting
If publishing fails, check that the target platform's connection is still active under Marketing → Connections — social platforms occasionally require reauthorization.
