Overview

Every OnePilot module lives behind the sidebar on the left of your dashboard. This guide explains how it's organized and the fastest ways to move around once you're used to it.

Why it exists

With this many modules in one product, a clear, consistent navigation model matters more than usual — the sidebar is designed so the same module is always in the same place, and so modules you haven't set up yet are still visible (so you know they exist) rather than hidden.

• Consistent structure — modules are grouped the same way these docs are: start a business, get online, talk to customers, market, manage relationships, automate.
• Nothing hidden — even a feature you haven't connected yet appears in the sidebar, so you always know what's available.
• Fast to scan — icons plus labels, no nested menus more than one level deep for the modules you'll use daily.

Step-by-step guide

1. The sidebar is visible on every dashboard page — click any item to switch modules instantly.
2. Your Settings (Company Profile, Team, Security, API Keys) live at the bottom of the sidebar, separate from the day-to-day modules above.
3. If you're a platform administrator, additional admin-only views appear automatically below the regular sidebar — regular accounts never see these.
4. On smaller screens, the sidebar collapses to an icon-only rail; hover or tap to expand it.

Tips

• Use the AI Assistant instead of hunting through the sidebar when you're not sure which module handles something — describe what you want and it will often take you straight there or do it for you.
• Bookmark the specific module pages you use most (e.g., your CRM contacts list) for faster access than going through the Dashboard every time.

Best Practices

• New team members should read this page in their first session — a few minutes here saves a lot of "where do I find..." messages later.

Common Mistakes

• Assuming a module isn't available because you haven't used it yet. Every module listed in the sidebar is real and ready — some just need a one-time connection step (like linking an email provider) before they're fully active.

Troubleshooting

If a module you expect to see is missing entirely from your sidebar (not just requiring setup), it's most likely a permissions issue — check with your account Owner or see Roles & Permissions.
